An initiative that echoes your commitment to the well-being of your staff and students. Part-time mental health counseling service for schools that offers students a safe space to feel heard, supported, and understood. This service helps identify concerns early and supports students through stress, anxiety, family challenges, peer relationships, academic pressure, and emotional growth. Based on the school’s needs, I offer focused group sessions, open-door brief individual counseling, and support for teachers/staff as they care for students.

A workshop-based mental well-being service for corporations and business organizations. These sessions are designed to create space for employees and teams to pause, reflect, and better understand their emotional well-being at work. Workshops can be curated around the organization’s needs, including stress, burnout, communication, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and workplace connection. The goal is to support people not only as professionals but as humans navigating the pressures of everyday work.
