Hi, I’m the human behind
Co-Wellness Space

I started this space because I truly believe that healing happens best when you feel completely safe, seen, and comfortable enough to just be yourself. For me, well-being is not only about moving through difficult moments but also about making space for reflection, balance, growth, and a deeper sense of peace in everyday life.

I love the deep, messy work of being a therapist, but I’ve also prepared to back it up! I hold a Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania (Ivy League brain, humanistic heart!) in Professional Counseling Mental Health. I’ve worked across many mental health facilities, from the fast-paced energy of inpatient facilities and schools to the deeply reflective spaces of community and outpatient care.

My style is a warm, mindful blend of Existential-Humanistic therapy and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). Translation? We won’t just talk at your brain. We are going to get you out of your overthinking loops, gently tune in to what your body is telling you, and explore the big, messy questions about what makes your life feel meaningful to you.

  • "Zeal, let the world see you for talented, dedicated, compassionate clinician and human you are."
